Booking takes less than two minutes. From the homepage enter your departure point, destination, date, time and number of passengers, and you will immediately see the available vehicle with a fixed price. Add your details and any notes, and your confirmation arrives by email within moments.

Yes. The price shown when you book is the final one: no meter, no hidden costs, no surcharge for traffic or luggage. The fare already includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, motorway tolls and help with your bags.

You can pay in two ways: online by card when you book, or in cash directly to the driver at the end of the journey, in euros. For particular needs or bookings from abroad, write to us and we will find the most convenient solution together.

Of course. We send you an email straight away with all the transfer details: date, time, pickup and drop-off addresses, booking number and vehicle information. Keep it handy for the day of travel.

No problem at all. During booking, enter the name and phone number of the person travelling, and the driver will contact the passenger directly on the day. Perfect for family, guests or colleagues.

For transfers between 22:00 and 06:00 a 20% night supplement applies. The amount is always calculated and shown during booking, before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

At the payment step you will find the "Promo code" field: enter it and the discount is applied automatically to your transfer total. If the code does not work, contact us and we will check right away.

We normally ask you to book at least two days ahead, but we do our best for urgent requests too. Message us on WhatsApp at +39 329 159 5789 and we will check vehicle availability straight away.

Prices are fixed and set in advance. As a guide: from Turin Caselle to Cervinia from €180 (sedan) or €210 (minivan up to 7), to Champoluc from €170, to Courmayeur from €200, to Aosta from €150. Aosta to Cervinia from €90. Enter your pickup and drop-off to see the exact fare for your vehicle.

Whichever you prefer. You can pay online by card when you book, or in cash directly to the driver on arrival. Either way, the price is the fixed one shown at booking, with no extra charges.

The price is per vehicle, not per person. You book the whole car for you and your group: the fixed fare is the same whether you travel alone or with others. Choose the sedan (up to 3 passengers) or the minivan (up to 7) based on your group and luggage.

Your driver waits for you holding a name sign. For airport arrivals he is in the arrivals hall, right after you clear the gate. Before the journey you receive the driver's name and number by email, so you can reach him at any time.

We track every flight in real time. If your arrival is delayed, the driver automatically adjusts and waits for you anyway, with no need to warn us. Flight monitoring is included at no extra cost.

Each passenger may bring one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If you are travelling with extra bags, sports equipment or bulky cases, note it when booking and we will arrange the right vehicle.

Yes. On request we provide infant seats, child seats and boosters. Indicate the age and number of children when booking and we will have everything ready before you arrive.

We operate Mercedes E-Class or similar saloons for up to 3 passengers, and Mercedes V-Class or similar minivans for up to 7 passengers. Every vehicle is recent, air-conditioned, with cared-for interiors, generous luggage space and regularly sanitised.

Yes, short stops along the way are possible: note them when booking or tell the driver directly. For longer stops or significant detours a small extra charge may apply, always agreed in advance.

No, never. Every transfer is private and exclusive: the vehicle is reserved for you and your group only. No strangers on board, no sharing, no detours to pick up other passengers.

Enter the flight that lands last and choose the time that suits the whole group. In the notes, list all the flight numbers: we track each arrival and coordinate the wait so no one is left behind.

Yes. When booking, give the exact address or the name of your accommodation and we take you to the door. Only in rare cases, such as the narrow alleys of the slopes di Cervinia or hilltop villages, the driver drops you at the nearest accessible point.

We assign the vehicle based on the passengers and luggage stated in the booking. Undeclared extra bags may not fit and could cause delays or problems. For a smooth journey, always list all your luggage when booking.

In general pets are not allowed, to keep the vehicles clean for all passengers. Guide dogs and assistance animals are the exception. For other cases, write to us in advance and we will gladly consider your request.

Yes. Besides tourists, we serve companies and professionals across the Aosta Valley: business trips, airport and station connections, and travel to Aosta and the side valleys. Dedicated driver, punctuality, fixed price and an invoice on request.

Yes. With our at-disposal service you have a car and driver for a few hours or the whole day, with as many stops as you like: perfect for meetings, events or exploring the area at your pace. The hourly or daily rate is agreed in advance.

We cover the whole Aosta Valley: the ski resorts of Breuil-Cervinia, Champoluc, Courmayeur and the regional capital Aosta, plus the other villages in the valleys. We connect them with the Turin, Milan and Geneva airports and the railway stations. On request we also run transfers to Zermatt and Chamonix.

Our main hub is Turin Caselle Airport (TRN), the closest to the Aosta Valley. We also serve Milan Malpensa and Geneva on request, plus the Turin and Aosta railway stations. We meet you on arrival with a name sign and take you straight to your destination.

Yes. We take you straight to Breuil-Cervinia, at the foot of the Matterhorn, and to the other ski resorts in the valley. We drop you at the most convenient point for your hotel or the lifts, with room for skis, snowboards and luggage. Our vehicles are equipped for snow.

Yes. Beyond the main destinations we reach the Monterosa Ski areas (Champoluc, Gressoney), the Valtournenche, the Courmayeur and Pré-Saint-Didier area, Pila and the villages of the central valley. Tell us where you need to go and we'll give you a fixed door-to-door fare.

Yes. We connect the Aosta Valley with Turin and Milan and, on request, with Switzerland (Zermatt, Geneva) and France (Chamonix, via the Mont Blanc tunnel). These are long-distance journeys in comfort, always at a fixed price agreed in advance.

The mountains are our everyday environment. Our vehicles are winter-equipped (winter tyres and chains on board) and our drivers know the valley roads well in any condition. We watch the weather and, if needed, adjust departure times to get you there safely.

The most direct way is our private transfer: from Turin Caselle airport to Breuil-Cervinia is about 118 km, just under 2 hours. We meet you on arrival, load your bags and set off with no changes or waiting, at a fixed price from €180. By train or bus it means several changes and much longer travel times.

No. The Aosta Valley has no major commercial airport. The closest one to Cervinia is Turin Caselle (about 2 hours); alternatively travellers use Milan Malpensa and Geneva. We take care of the airport transfer for you, at a fixed price agreed in advance.

Yes, on request. Cervinia is linked to Zermatt by the lifts, but for luggage and road transfers we arrange trips into Switzerland. As it's an international journey, we agree the route and a fixed fare together in advance.

Yes. We take skiers and families to Champoluc and Gressoney, in the Monterosa Ski area, from the Turin, Milan and Geneva airports. Roomy vehicles for ski gear and luggage, at a fixed door-to-door price.

For Courmayeur the most convenient gateways are Turin Caselle (about 1h50) and Geneva (via the Mont Blanc tunnel). Milan Malpensa is also an option. We offer a direct, fixed-price transfer from the airport you prefer.

Yes. Beyond point-to-point transfers we offer a chauffeur-at-disposal service: a car with a driver for a few hours or the whole day, ideal for multiple stops, work commitments or getting around the valley in comfort. Hourly or daily rate agreed in advance.

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the transfer time. For later cancellations no refund is due. To cancel, write to us by email or WhatsApp with your booking number.

For cancellations within the deadline, refunds are handled quickly. As payment is made in cash to the driver, if any deposit was paid in advance we agree with you on the easiest way to return it.

Yes. We operate with a full private hire licence and every vehicle carries complete insurance for passengers and luggage, as required by Italian law. You travel with the peace of mind of a professional, fully licensed service.
